Trim, slide, clean, store, or transport in a smaller footprint. Prepmate is efficiently sized & accessorized to maximize space and allow for a streamlined agribusiness process and workflow. Includes sliding stainless steel work surface, utility bar with utensil hooks, and stainless steel work surface extension. The PrepMate Mulit-Rail is designed to hold a standard 18 "x24" perforated trim surface above standard food/steam table pans to increase work surface capacity by providing an easily accessible storage level below the work surface. Capable of 5 work surface heights (32-1/8" to 36-1/8") to allow for sitting or standing. The workstation can be quickly adjusted for various employee heights and tasks.
