These dual-toned bins are designed with a color-coded trigger side; simply flip to orange to indicate low inventory levels, helping to prevent stock-outs and disruptions on the assembly line. Here's an overview of the system:

Stock the Bin: The divider separates the main supply from a reserved volume.

Use the Inventory: Pick items from the blue side until you reach the divider.

Signal for Restocking: Flip the bin to the orange side to indicate it’s time to replenish.

Refill and Repeat: Restock the bin and reset it to blue for ongoing use.

This system eliminates the need for a traditional two-bin Kanban setup, streamlining your inventory control process.
