MFG Industrial Nest and Stack Fiberglass Containers

MFG Industrial Nest and Stack Fiberglass Containers

MFG Industrial Nest and Stack Fiberglass Containers are designed to stack when full and nest when empty with a simple 180-degree turn. These containers are ideal for handling hot castings, rubber parts from molds, and components subjected to cryogenic treatments. They are perfect for machine integration and robotic applications, with a continuous temperature range of -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and intermittent temperatures up to 300° F and higher.

Standard formulations make these containers impervious to radiation, cutting oils, greases, solvents, detergents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH of 3.0 to 10.0. They feature a smooth outside surface and radial edges for safe, easy handling and are available with an optional wire-reinforced rim for added strength.

Unlike metal, these containers will not bend, sag, dent, or corrode under loads. Depending on size, each container can support up to 500 pounds. Glass-reinforced thermosets used in MFG Tray products increase in impact strength as temperatures decrease, performing well in conditions as low as -190° F.

Here are the benefits of using MFG Industrial Nest and Stack Fiberglass Containers:
♦ Efficient Space Utilization: Stackability: Stacks securely when full, saving valuable floor space. Nesting Capability: Nests when empty with a simple 180-degree turn, reducing storage space requirements.
♦ Versatility in Applications: High-Temperature Tolerance: Suitable for continuous use in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and intermittent use at temperatures above 300° F. Cryogenic Suitability: Performs well in extreme cold, withstanding temperatures as low as -190° F.
♦ Durability and Strength: High Load Capacity: Supports up to 500 pounds, depending on the container size. Robust Construction: Will not bend, sag, dent, or corrode under loads, unlike metal containers.
♦ Chemical Resistance: Broad pH Range Compatibility: Impervious to radiation, cutting oils, greases, solvents, detergents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH range of 3.0 to 10.0.
♦ Safe and Easy Handling: Smooth Surface and Radial Edges: Ensures safe and easy handling. Optional Reinforcements: Available with an optional wire-reinforced rim for added strength.|
♦ Enhanced Impact Strength: Temperature-Dependent Strength: Glass-reinforced thermosets increase in impact strength as temperatures decrease.
