MFG Industrial Heavy Duty Fiberglass Stacking Container - 801108 is ideal for handling forgings, machined parts, stampings, ceramics, rubber, and other hot parts from molds or processing machines. They may be used consistently in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and are resistant to cutting oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 – 10.0.
♦ Outside Top: 20-5/8" long x 11-1/4" wide x 5-1/2" high.
♦ Inside Bottom: 18" long x 10" wide x 5-3/8" high.
♦ They will not bend or sag under heavy loads and can be readily integrated into automated applications such as ASRS systems.
♦ Stacking containers ensure optimum space utilization during assembly operations and may be used to form mobile workstations.
♦ Easily cleaned in hot water or steam with standard detergents.
Toteline™ stacking containers provide optimal product protection with exceptional weight-carrying capacity. They will not bend or sag under heavy loads and can be readily integrated into automated applications such as ASRS systems. In addition, stacking containers ensure optimum space utilization during assembly operations and may be used to form mobile workstations.
MFG Fiberglass Stacking Containers are designed for commercial and industrial applications where durability, resistance, and longevity are of prime concern.
Here are some benefits of using these containers:
♦ Space Efficiency: Stacking permits loaded containers to be placed on each other, maximizing vertical storage space.
♦ Durability: Fiberglass is highly durable and resistant to many forms of wear and tear. This means the containers can last extended periods, even in challenging conditions.
♦ Strength: Fiberglass provides a strong material that can withstand significant weight, which is crucial for stacking containers.
♦ Corrosion Resistance: Fiberglass doesn't corrode, unlike metal, making it suitable for environments with moisture or chemicals.
♦ Lightweight: Fiberglass containers are often lighter than their metal counterparts, reducing transportation costs and making handling easier.
♦ Space Efficiency: Stacking designs allow maximum vertical storage space utilization, which is especially beneficial in warehouses or storage areas with limited floor space.
♦ Smooth and Clean Surface: The nature of fiberglass allows for a smooth surface which is easier to clean and maintain.
♦ Temperature Resistance: Fiberglass can endure various temperatures, making these containers suitable for multiple applications.
♦ Customization: Fiberglass can be molded into different shapes and sizes and can be colored to fit specific requirements.
♦ Cost-Efficiency: While the upfront cost might be higher than some materials, fiberglass's longevity and reduced maintenance needs make it cost-effective in the long run.
♦ UV Resistance: Fiberglass can resist the degrading effects of UV light, which can benefit containers stored outdoors.
♦ Reduced Product Damage: The inherent strength and smooth interior surface of fiberglass can minimize damage to the contents during transportation or storage.
♦ Non-porous Surface: The non-porous nature of fiberglass makes these totes resistant to bacteria and other microbes, ensuring hygiene in applications like food service.
♦ UV Resistant: Some heavy-duty fiberglass containers are treated to be UV resistant, which means they won’t fade or become brittle when exposed to sunlight for prolonged periods.
♦ Impact Resistance: Due to the inherent properties of fiberglass, these totes can withstand impacts better than some other materials, reducing the likelihood of cracks or breaks.
MFG heavy-duty fiberglass containers can be a good investment in the food service industry, manufacturing, industrial, laboratory settings, or any other field requiring sturdy, reliable totes. Always ensure that the tote you select suits your specific application and meets any required regulatory or safety standards.
