LEWISBins Stack & Nest Containers are optimally designed for space efficiency, nesting when empty and stacking when full, making them perfect for general manufacturing, food processing, and distribution applications. These rugged totes are crafted from high-density polyethylene and are resistant to oil, most chemicals, solvents, water, and steam, ensuring an extended service life. The easy Stack-N-Nest® design maximizes space utilization, while security tie holes, a smooth container bottom, and a choice of colors—gray, blue, and red—add to their functionality. Notably, the blue and gray options are FDA approved for direct food contact.

The containers are designed to stack at a 180° alternating position when full and nest when empty. They are resistant to rust, corrosion, and temperatures ranging from 0°F to 120°F. The containers are easily cleanable and ideal for handling unpackaged products, with no sharp edges, burrs, or splinters. Each tote can support a maximum load of 70 lbs, while the bottom container in a stack can support up to 300 lbs. Various hole patterns are available to enhance ventilation and drainage.
