The Eagle Group Deluxe Stainless Steel Bench features a galvanized tubular base and legs. The tabletop is constructed from 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel, designed with front and rear rolled down edges and sides that are turned down at 90 degrees for a refined finish. It is reinforced with a welded-on hat channel, providing robust stability and durability. Additionally, sound-deadening material is integrated between the top and channels to reduce noise, enhancing the working environment.

The open front of the bench is supported by 1-1/4" O.D. galvanized tubular cross bracing along the sides and rear, which contributes to the overall strength of the structure. The bench is built with the uni-lok® patented gusset system, featuring recessed gussets that effectively minimize lateral movement, ensuring stable and secure use.

The legs are made from 1-5/8" outside diameter galvanized tubing, reinforced with galvanized gussets for added durability. The bench stands on 1" adjustable high-impact plastic bullet feet, which allow for precise leveling and stable placement across various floor surfaces.
