Eagle Solid Top Stainless Steel Laboratory Tables are constructed from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel, ensuring robust durability suitable for demanding environments. The tops are available in 14 gauge, electropolished or brushed stainless steel, each reinforced with heavy gauge hat channels for added stability and support.

Each table undergoes thorough alcohol wiping and is packaged in a cleanroom bag to maintain the highest cleanliness levels upon delivery. The design features 1 1/2" diameter rolled edges at the front and rear, with ends turned down at 90 degrees and 1 1/2", facilitating flush installations as needed.

The base assembly boasts Eagle's patented "Strength by Design" uni-lok stainless steel gusset system, which is welded into the hat channel to reduce lateral movement significantly. The legs and cross bracing are made from 16 gauge stainless steel, 1 5/8" in diameter, with welded cross bracing available either front to back and options for center or rear knocked-down positioning.

Under shelves on tables 84 inches and longer are built with heavy gauge construction and reinforced with hat channels for additional strength. These cleanroom tables are equipped with 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for precise leveling, supplied with stainless steel assembly hardware. They are shipped in a knocked-down format for efficient assembly and transport.
