The Jesco Large Volume Low Profile Super Heavy Duty Self-Dumping Hopper boasts a 6,000-pound capacity and a robust structural base. Constructed with a seven gauge body and a 1/4" thick base, these all-welded hoppers are designed to handle bulk materials or scrap efficiently. Dumping must be performed using a forklift, and the hoppers are equipped with a one-piece stamped handle and a standard safety lock. Note that these units are not stackable.

The hoppers are painted in Vista Green, with additional color options available upon request. They can be maneuvered using a forklift or optional casters, though a forklift with the appropriate capacity rating is required for emptying. The trip handle features a positive locking mechanism and is engineered to ensure that the hopper dumps when tripped and returns to an upright, locked position when empty. Designed to shift the center of gravity towards the mouth when filled, the units facilitate easier and safer emptying. Each hopper also comes standard with a safety retaining chain and trip rope assembly, enhancing operational security.
