Molded Fiberglass Company (MFG) Conductive Shallow Assembly Trays are engineered specifically for electrical component assembly and are fully compatible with conveyor or cart transport systems. These trays, superior to thermoplastic and corrugated alternatives in physical properties, are available in various dimensions with or without drop sides to seamlessly integrate with existing conveyance systems. Select models also feature stacking designs for additional functionality. MFG Fiberstat conveyor and assembly trays provide lifelong protection from electrostatic discharge, ensuring the safety and integrity of sensitive components. They can consistently withstand temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C). Additionally, these trays are designed for easy maintenance, being cleanable in hot water or steam using standard detergents.
