Are plastic pallets better than wood pallets?
Plastic pallets are more durable than wood. However, their performance will be determined by how they are utilized in the field. At no charge, Custom Built Plastic Pallets will design and build a pallet for you to test. Then you decide! If the pallet does not work for you, we will re-engineer it until it meets your needs. Because we do this, our failure rate in the field in nearly 0%. We work for you!

How much will your pallet hold?
You tell us how much you would like your pallet to hold! We will then design, build, and ship a plastic pallet that will accommodate any weight that your solution requires.

What are your lead times?
Stock Pallet orders will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Custom Pallet orders less than 50 typically ship in 1 to 3 weeks. For larger orders please call for current lead time.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
One pallet. There is no minimum quantity!! We will quote, build, and ship any quantity of pallets.

How big can you build your plastic pallets?
As big as you want it ... If you can ship it, we can build it.

How are your custom built plastic pallets assembled?
The deck boards of our pallets are fastened to the stringers using self-tapping Stainless steel screws.

What is the life expectancy of your plastic pallets?
Used properly, our plastic pallets could last indefinitely. However, they are NOT indestructible. Custom Built Plastic Pallets have lasted in the field for over 10 years. If your pallet is improperly used and damage occurs, we offer replacement parts so you can easily rebuild your pallets. Simply unscrew the damaged deck boards or stringers and replace them.
