The Jesco Large Volume Super Heavy Duty Self-Dumping Hopper is available with capacities ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 pounds and features a heavy-duty structural base. Constructed from all-welded material, these hoppers are designed to efficiently handle bulk materials or scrap. Each hopper is equipped with a one-piece stamped handle and a standard safety lock, ensuring secure operation. These units are available in sizes from 3.0 to 10.0 cubic yards and are not stackable.

The body of the hopper is made from seven gauge steel with a 1/4" thick base for sizes 3-6 yards, and a 3/8" thick base for sizes 8-10 yards. The hoppers are painted Vista Green, with additional color options available upon request. They must be moved with a forklift or optional casters, and a forklift with the appropriate capacity rating is necessary for emptying. Jesco's hoppers are engineered to dump when the locking handle is tripped and to return to an upright, locked position when empty. They are designed to shift the center of gravity towards the mouth when filled up the sloped front, facilitating easier and safer emptying. Each unit includes a safety retaining chain and a trip rope assembly as standard features to enhance safety.
