The Jesco Super Extra Heavy Duty Self-Dumping Hopper boasts a 6,000-pound capacity and a robust structural base, making it ideal for handling bulk materials or scrap. Constructed from all-welded materials, these hoppers ensure easy operation and durability. They are equipped with a one-piece stamped handle and a standard safety lock, designed exclusively for dumping via forklift. Available in capacities ranging from 1 to 2.5 cubic yards, these hoppers are not stackable.

The body is constructed from seven gauge steel with a 1/4" thick base, and each unit is painted in Vista Green, although alternative color options are available upon request. The hoppers can be maneuvered with a forklift or optional casters, and a forklift with the appropriate capacity rating is required for safe operation. The narrow models are specially designed to fit into tight spaces without sacrificing load capacity and can be shipped two wide and stacked in a truck for efficient transport.

Each hopper features a one-piece trip handle with a positive locking mechanism, engineered to ensure that the unit dumps when the handle is tripped and returns to an upright, locked position when empty. These units are designed to facilitate emptying by shifting the center of gravity towards the mouth when filled up the sloped front. A safety retaining chain and a trip rope assembly are standard on all manufactured hoppers, enhancing safety and operational efficiency.
