Carts are raised or lowered with a 12V DC-powered motor.  DC-powered electric motor and 12V battery are included on DC units. The electric motor is rated at 1600 watts. Includes battery charger (operated on 115V AC power). Push buttons to raise and lower the lift are on the power unit.  Detachable hand control on coil cord is standard. Key-operated ON/OFF control is built into the power unit for better security. The platform has a perimeter pinch-point guard for OSHA compliance—a baked-in powder-coat finish for added toughness.
