The Eagle Group Deluxe Stainless Lab Bench features a backsplash and a robust stainless tubular base and legs, tailored for both durability and aesthetic appeal. The tabletop is made from 16 gauge type 304 polished stainless steel and includes a 4-1/2 inch rear backsplash. The ends of the tabletop are neatly turned down at 90 degrees for a clean, flush fit. It is further reinforced with a welded-on hat channel for added stability and features sound-deadening material between the top and the channels to minimize operational noise.

The structure is supported by 1-1/4 inch diameter heavy gauge stainless steel cross bracing, integrated with aluminum casting to securely join the cross braces with the legs and rear brace. This bench is constructed using the uni-lok gusset system, which includes recessed gussets to significantly reduce lateral movement and enhance stability.

The legs are crafted from 1-5/8 inch diameter stainless steel, ensuring robust support, and are fitted with 1-inch adjustable stainless steel feet, allowing for precise leveling on various floor surfaces.
