Eagle Perforated Top Stainless Lab Bench is constructed from heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The tops are available in either 14 gauge electropolished or brushed stainless steel, each reinforced with heavy gauge hat channels for enhanced stability. Each top is carefully alcohol-wiped and packaged in a cleanroom bag to maintain sterility.

Designed for versatility, the edges are rolled down at a 1 1/2" diameter at the front and rear, and the ends are turned down at 90 degrees and 1 1/2", facilitating flush installations as necessary. The base assembly features the patented "Strength by Design" uni-lok stainless steel gusset system, welded into the hat channel to significantly reduce lateral movement.

The legs and cross bracing are made from 16 gauge stainless steel, 1 5/8" in diameter, with welded cross bracing that can be configured either from front to back, with options for center or rear knocked-down positioning. The tabletop is designed with 3/4" diameter perforations on 1" centers, promoting a minimum of 40% laminar flow, ideal for specific laboratory requirements.

The tables are equipped with 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet for easy leveling, and all components are provided with stainless steel assembly hardware, delivered in a knock-down format for efficient transport and assembly.

Customers have the option to select from various base frames, including a Stainless Steel C-frame, Electropolished C-frame, Stainless Steel H-frame, or Electropolished H-frame, with the model shown featuring an H-frame base.
