PPro-Line Industrial Maple Top Transfer Pop Up Ball Workbench assist in transfer and positioning of materials in production. Solid maple work surfaces are 1.75" thick and both front and rear edges of the surface are eased for worker comfort.  Ball transfers raise .250" above surface by activating pneumatic toggle switch. Work in process is then slid on to station. When load is in position, ball transfers are retracted and load is stabilized.  Standard workbenches require 80 PSI of shop air to operate. Retractable ball transfer stations are available in half or full length coverage of surface. Modular design allows for mounting of optional accessories.  Heavy Duty 2" square tubular legs offer stability and esthetics. Leg extenders allow surface height to be set from 30" to 36."  Shown with optional accessories.  Bench is furnished with top, legs and pop up balls.
Ball pattern and density:
Standard Density (SD): Balls are arranged in a 6" x 6" Ball Pattern.
High Density (HD): Balls are arranged in a 3" x 6" Ball Pattern
Half Coverage (HC): Only one half of the RBT work surface is allocated retracting balls.
Full Coverage (FC): The entire RBT work surface is populated with balls.
