The Eagle Group Deluxe Stainless Lab Bench features a backsplash, a galvanized tubular base, and legs, designed for optimal functionality and durability. The tabletop is constructed from 16 gauge type 304 polished stainless steel and includes a 4-1/2 inch rear backsplash. The ends of the tabletop are precisely turned down at 90 degrees for seamless installations. It's reinforced with a welded-on hat channel for enhanced structural integrity and includes sound-deadening material between the top and the channels to minimize noise.

The bench's stability is further bolstered by 1-1/4 inch diameter heavy gauge galvanized cross bracing, featuring aluminum casting to firmly join the cross braces, legs, and rear brace. This assembly utilizes the uni-lok gusset system with recessed gussets, specifically designed to reduce lateral movement, ensuring a sturdy work surface.

The legs are made from 1-5/8 inch outside diameter galvanized steel and are equipped with 1-inch adjustable high-impact plastic feet, allowing for precise leveling and stability on various floor surfaces.
