The edges of the tabletop are precisely turned down at 90 degrees for a clean finish. A welded hat channel reinforcement provides enhanced durability, and sound-deadening material between the top and channels ensures a quieter workspace. The 1-1/4 inch diameter cross bracing is made from heavy-gauge stainless steel, joined with aluminum castings for robust structural integrity. The bench is designed with a uni-lok gusset system, which includes recessed gussets to minimize lateral movement.
