Eagle Solid Top Electropolished Stainless Cleanroom Table are constructed entirely from heavy gauge type 304 electropolished stainless steel, ensuring durability and optimal cleanliness for sensitive environments. The tabletop is 14 gauge electropolished stainless steel, reinforced with heavy gauge hat channels to enhance stability and strength. Each table is carefully alcohol-wiped and packaged in a cleanroom bag before shipping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. The design includes 1 1/2" diameter rolled edges at the front and rear, with ends turned down at 90 degrees and 1 1/2", allowing for flush installations as needed.

The base assembly features the patented "Strength by Design" uni-lok stainless steel gusset system, welded into the hat channel to minimize lateral movement, ensuring the table remains stable under various conditions. The legs and cross bracing are made from 16 gauge stainless steel, 1 5/8" in diameter. Welded cross bracing is available front to back, and options for center or rear knocked-down positioning are available.

Under shelves on tables 84 inches and longer are built with heavy gauge construction and reinforced with hat channels for additional support. The tables are equipped with 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet, providing flexibility for level placement on uneven surfaces, and are supplied with stainless steel assembly hardware. All components are delivered in a knock-down format for efficient transport and assembly.

Customers can choose their base frame from the included options without additional cost, with choices between a knocked-down electropolished stainless steel C-frame or an H-frame. These tables are available in a range of sizes from 24" x 24" to 36" x 72", accommodating various space requirements and applications in cleanroom settings.
